Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges easy and stress-free.

1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. The following situations are eligible for return:

  • Wrong item received: If the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund. All return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Change of mind: If you’ve simply changed your mind, you may still request a return. In this case, return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. A refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm your return or validate your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Lost parcel: If your order is confirmed lost during shipping, we will provide a full refund or re-send the item at no extra cost.

  • Damaged item: If your product arrives damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Customer-requested exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in original condition. All shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

  • Faulty or incorrect product: If the product you received is faulty or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement.
